“He shall be like a tree planted by rivers of living water, that brings forth its fruit it’s season, who’s leaves shall not wither, and whatsoever he does shall prosper.” Psalms 1: 3
When I 1st got saved we used to sing a song, the 1st verse said; I’m like a tree I’m like a tree I’m like a green olive tree in the house in the house of the Lord. I used to sing it without fully understanding the meaning, until I read this verse and God revealed what the song meant, and I said wow I want to grow strong in the Lord, and so I fell in love with God’s word and allowed it to penetrate the very depths of my being.
How many of you want a year of experiencing the greatest year of prosperity? If your answer is yes, then its going to take some work on your part, a tree doesn’t just pop up and grow on its own, it takes planting, watering, pruning etc…. And if you know anything about planting, the seed must go deep into the ground.
You have to decide that this is the year you allow the word that you love and read daily to penetrate deep into your spirit soul and body to grow you.
“Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.”1 Thessalonians 5:23
God desires us to grow every time we hear his word, but unfortunately most believers never allow Gods word to cut deep into the soul where the issues of life are at.
True prosperity is not money or riches its allowing God to grow you and mature you, then every blessing you receive is held with an open hand, it can be easily released.
I believe that God has so much more for you today, so My/Our prayer is that you decide enough is enough, this is the year I want to go deeper and the year I want God to go deeper into my life, so you can finally become the man or woman God intended you to become.
2017 is my year to go deeper than ever before, how many of you will say the same.
We serve a good God, he wants more of us so he can give us more of Him
